Rockford Fosgate’s RFK1D dual amp wiring kit provides everything you need to properly install and wire two amplifiers in your vehicle. This comprehensive kit supplies the necessary components to send power and signal to both amps and your speakers. It’s designed for amplifier systems with fuse ratings totaling up to 300 amperes, making it suitable for substantial audio setups.
The kit is rated for Class AB amplifier systems totaling 1,000 to 1,700 watts RMS, or Class D amplifier systems totaling 1,700 to 2,700 watts RMS. All wiring is made of oxygen-free copper (OFC) for optimal signal flow and minimal interference. The wires meet or exceed American Wire Gauge (AWG) requirements, with substantially higher strand counts than standard cables for improved conductivity and flexibility.
Along with hefty 1/0-gauge power and ground cables, the kit includes distribution blocks for power and ground, smaller 4-gauge power and ground cables for the amplifiers, speaker wire, RCA patch cables, a fuse holder with a 300-amp fuse, and various installation accessories.
