If you own a GM, Chrysler, Jeep, Toyota, or Subaru vehicle that uses a 2-3/4″ speaker, the Kicker KSC270 2-3/4″ midrange speakers are designed as a direct drop-in upgrade for your factory speakers. These impactful little speakers feature treated paper cones and responsive rubber surrounds that bring new clarity to vocals, strings, and other midrange elements in your music.
Kicker has prioritized fit with these low-profile speakers, which feature a reduced mounting depth and special brackets to ensure they install properly in your factory locations. The included vehicle-specific mounting brackets make installation straightforward in compatible vehicles. These speakers are designed to work with your factory grilles, which are not included with the speakers.
Each speaker includes a 100 microfarad capacitor that serves as a first-order high-pass crossover, filtering out frequencies below approximately 400 Hz to help the speakers perform optimally in their intended midrange role.
