The Hertz HEX6.5 M-C are premium 6.5-inch coaxial speakers specifically designed for marine environments. These speakers carry the Hertz Pure Marine Certified product stamp, meeting IP65 protection grade for water resistance, ASTM-D4329 standards for UV resistance, and ASTM-B117 for salt fog operability. They’re engineered to deliver high-quality sound performance while withstanding the harsh conditions of marine environments.
These speakers feature a high-efficiency tweeter designed with FEM simulation to maximize off-axis emission, typical of in-boat installations. They come with a sound-transparent mesh grille with a twist and lock locking system, providing both elegant style and solid protection. The woofer features a 25mm (1″) voice coil fine-tuned for infinite baffle application with silicone-insulated lead-wire for durability.
